Do you accept insurance?
I am primarily an out-of-network provider. I am in-network with a limited number of plans, including Aspire Health Plan (Aspire Advantage and Coastal TPA), Health Net, and Concern EAP.
For all other plans, I am considered out-of-network. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek possible reimbursement from their insurance company, depending on their plan.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate is a written summary of the estimated cost of services, as required by the No Surprises Act for clients who are paying privately or are uninsured. This estimate is provided prior to beginning services and reflects anticipated fees based on the agreed-upon treatment plan.
How long are therapy sessions?
Standard individual therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes and may vary slightly based on clinical need and scheduling considerations. Extended sessions may be offered when clinically appropriate and scheduled in advance.
How often will we meet?
Session frequency is determined collaboratively and guided by clinical recommendation. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, with frequency adjusted over time based on treatment progress and clinical need.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This notice is time-based (for example, a 10:00 a.m. appointment must be canceled by 10:00 a.m. the prior day).
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This policy allows me to maintain a consistent schedule and ensure that reserved clinical time is used respectfully.
Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes. I offer secure teletherapy sessions for clients located in California. Teletherapy is provided through a HIPAA-compliant platform accessed through the client portal.
Who do you work with?
I provide individual therapy for adults who are motivated to engage in meaningful, forward-focused work. This includes professionals, athletes, and first responders, as well as individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and performance-related concerns. My work supports both healing and growth, with an emphasis on helping clients move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and effectiveness.
What therapeutic approaches do you use?
My work is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, and incorporating EMDR, as well as performance-focused strategies. Treatment is individualized and guided by each client’s goals and clinical needs, with an emphasis on resilience and meaningful forward progress.
