- Individual psychotherapy sessions: $215 per 50-minute session
Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
I am primarily an out-of-network provider. I am in-network with a limited number of plans, including Aspire Health Plan (Aspire Advantage and Coastal TPA), Health Net, and Concern EAP.
For all other insurance plans, I am considered out-of-network. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek possible reimbursement from their insurance company, depending on their individual plan.
Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including deductibles, reimbursement rates, and any coverage limitations.
If you are considering using out-of-network benefits, you may wish to ask your insurance provider:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
- Is there an annual deductible, and has it been met?
- Is there a limit on the number of reimbursable sessions per year?
Good Faith Estimate
A Good Faith Estimate is a written summary of the estimated cost of services, as required by the No Surprises Act for clients who are paying privately or are uninsured.
This estimate is provided prior to beginning services and reflects anticipated fees based on the agreed-upon treatment plan. Actual costs may vary depending on the duration and frequency of services.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of each session.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This notice is time-based (for example, a 10:00 a.m. appointment must be canceled by 10:00 a.m. the prior day).
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This policy allows me to maintain a consistent schedule and ensure that reserved clinical time is used respectfully.
